Road criterium in Georgia!

     What a weekend! I had a blast hanging out with my roommate at his house in Georgia and watching him race in two road crits in Atlanta! I even raced Sunday in the Cat 5 men at Grant park. Unfortunately I got dropped by the field 10 minutes into the 30 minute race. BUT I finished and didn't get pulled from the race. Its amazing how much tactics are involved in road cycling compared to mountain biking. I've learned a lot this weekend as far as tactics go and what NOT to do in a road crit. Other then my disappointing finish I had lots of fun.
 
   I will be racing in the catagory A mountain biking team for Lees McRae this coming weekend in Georgia! I hope I'm in good enough shape for it. I'm super excited for that and hope I can contribute to the team.
