Actually I didn't make it up the spine... Ryan was the only one to concur it today minus a little spill on his first attempt. I could feel my knee a little more then I wanted to today. It was kind of weird actually... I would have no pain for a few minuets then it would come back then go away again. I really need to back off this next week and just practice some self control and fully recover.
