Great ride with Wes this morning up the canyon. My knee felt great today for the most part which is a huge plus! Had a crazy ending to the ride when my handle bar broke! I was cooling down in my neighborhood and stood up to climb a hill when it suddenly snapped off! I hit my stomach pretty hard on the stem but I was able to catch myself! Thank God It didn't break when I was riding down a hill or something.
I now have some peace of mind knowing that I am recovering from my knee injury. You just have to be patient sometimes and let your body do its work.
